BACOLOD CITY: A human rights activist earlier tagged by the government as a terrorist was gunned down by unidentified suspects in a middle-class subdivision in Bacolod City on Monday night.
The victim, who was identified by her colleagues as Zara Alvarez, 39, was shot six times along Sta. Maria Street in Eroreco Subdivision, Barangay Mandalagan.
