Lotto games resume in Metro Manila, other GCQ areas

THE Lotto operations in Metro Manila and other areas under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) are back today, August 19, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced.

In a public advisory, the PCSO announced the resumption of the selling of Lotto tickets, online Keno, and Instant Sweepstakes at the National Capital Region (NCR), Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite, and Laguna.
