BACOLOD CITY: The increasing number of confirmed coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) cases admitted in both public and private hospitals has placed the health system of the Western Visayas region in a “danger zone.”

“The number of patients admitted in both government and private health facilities is now at warning zones,” Dr. Renelyn Reyes, medical officer 4 of the Department of Health (DoH) Region 6, said.
