Glitches mar distance learning dry run – ACT

A federation of teachers claimed that the national dry run for distance learning was marred by technical glitches.

The Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT) Philippines said “what DepEd (Department of Education) proved is the undeniable unpreparedness of the education system to facilitate safe, accessible, and quality learning amid the pandemic.”
