Mindoro criminality up during quarantines

CALAPAN CITY, Mindoro Oriental: Two barangay (village) captains were killed, a teacher was gunned down and a gasoline tanker driver was shot dead at close range.

These were the recent violent incidents reported in Mindoro Oriental as the province entered its fifth month under several levels of community quarantines since March 14.
