Digong’s pronouncement defies logic

PRESIDENT Rodrigo “Digong” Duterte’s pronouncement that the poor will be given free vaccine for Covid-19 — when it’s discovered soon — has endeared him more to the marginalized sectors of society.

He is really a populist leader.
