Convicted ex-lawmaker Ecleo sent to Bilibid

CONVICT Ruben Ecleo Jr., a former Dinagat Islands congressman, was transferred to the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) in Muntinlupa City on Wednesday, the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) said.
