Cimatu lauds call for Boracay Authority

ENVIRONMENT Secretary Roy Cimatu has lauded President Rodrigo Duterte for calling Congress to pass a measure creating the Boracay Island Development Authority (BIDA) to sustain gains from the rehabilitation of the world-famous resort island.
