A survey conducted by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) conducted from April 28 to May 15, 2020 showed at least 65.9 percent of enterprises temporarily closed after the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) took effect to contain coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic.

Results of the ADB Philippine Enterprise Survey released on Monday also showed that 29.1 percent of enterprises have limited operations, 4 percent remained fully open while 1.1 percent closed permanently.
