The Government of the Republic of Korea donated 200 metric tons of locally-produced and well-milled rice to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to support the Philippine government in relief efforts. The beneficiaries are the poor and vulnerable households in Metro Manila and neighboring areas affected by the community quarantine due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
