President Rodrigo Duterte is expected to make the country’s economic recovery plan as one of the highlights of his fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Monday, as the country continues to grapple with coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
Duterte would dwell on how his administration would strike the precarious balance between health concerns and reinvigorating economic activity, Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said.
