CALOOCAN City’s Barangay 95 and 97 were placed under total lockdown because of a spike in coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) cases.
The two villages in the city’s Second District would be tightly guarded by policemen and local safety officers, Mayor Oscar Malapitan said on Sunday.
