Bacolod City: Four persons were dead while three others were seriously injured in two separate incidents in Bacolod City. Meanwhile, on July 25, two persons were shot dead while two others were injured in a separate incident in Barangay Taculing. The victims were identified as Dean Mar Suspeñe, 20, and Noel Canencia, 53. Initial investigation showed that it there was drinking session when a commotion suddenly ensued.
