PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte ordered the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) to conduct training for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) that will enable them to work in the country, especially during the Coronavirus disease 2019 (covid-19) pandemic.
"My fellow citizens, the government is now here to help you, especially during the pandemic," said Duterte in Filipino during his 5th State of the Nation Address (SONA) at the Batasan Pambansa Complex in Quezon City on Monday.
