PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte appealed to Congress anew to restore the death penalty for drug crimes to save the children.
“I reiterate the swift passage of [the] law reviving the death penalty by lethal injection for crimes specified under the Comprehensive Dangerous Act of 2002,” said Duterte during his 5th State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Monday.
