A couple of weeks ago, we released the Philippine-specific results of our 2020 Deloitte Millennial Survey, an annual look into the views of millennials around the world on issues such as the role of business in society, mental health and the Fourth Industrial Revolution (FIRe). This generational group has gone through a lot in the short period the members have been adults. They entered the workforce during a global recession; they are inheriting a planet in crisis in terms of environmental problems; and now, they are frozen in their tracks during what is supposed to be their most productive years because of the coronavirus pandemic.

It hasn’t been an easy journey. And it shows.
