MasterCard raises payments limits for PH

MasterCard has raised the contactless payments limit of Filipino cardholders from P2,000 to P5,000.

With the Covid-19 pandemic making a major impact on economies and consumer behavior, MasterCard has taken a leadership role by actively consulting with governments and industry partners across the Asia Pacific region to ensure consumers have sufficiently high limits for contactless payments.
