The Alagaan Natin Inang Kalikasan (ANI-Kalikasan) has appealed to Rep. Rufus Rodriguez (2nd District, Cagayan de Oro City) to reconsider his bill suspending the motor vehicles emission testing until the end of this year.

The bill, House Resolution 1007, was anchored on the persistent problem of long lines and qeues by motorists especially in his area which has put them and government agencies in greater risk of the COVID-19 threat as social distancing and staying apart are not being followed.
