A 12th petition against the controversial anti-terror law was filed before the Supreme Court on Thursday by a group that includes opposition senators and journalists.

Detained Sen. Leila De Lima and Sen. Francis Pangilinan were joined by journalists Ma. Ceres Doyo, Jo-Ann Maglipon, John Neri and convicted Rappler CEO Maria Ressa. Also included in the petition were Florangel Rosario-Braid and Edmundo Garcia, framers of the 1987 Constitution.
