THE two community isolation facilities in Navotas have reached their full capacity, prompting Mayor Tobias "Toby" Tiangco to seek help from the national government as the city is under a 14-day total lockdown due to the rising cases of the Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).

Tiangco said the the Navotas National High School and Navotas Polytechnic College have filled up their 210 beds for Covid-19 patients.
