Globe Telecom Inc. returned to the international debt market after a 16-year absence with its offer of senior unsecured fixed-rate notes, from which it raised $600 million.
In a disclosure on Friday, the Ayala-led telecommunications company said it generated that amount from its issuance of US dollar-denominated 10-year and 15-year dual-tranche notes, paying 2.5 percent and 3 percent, respectively.
