PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has decided to deliver his fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA) on July 27 at the Batasang Pambansa complex to coincide with the opening of the joint session of the Senate and House of Representatives.
Senate President Vicente Sotto 3rd on Thursday said the Palace required all those allowed to attend the SONA to undergo rapid testing for the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
