THE Department of Health (DoH) endorsed the complaint of a private lawyer against Sen. Aquilino Martin “Koko” Pimentel 3rd for allegedly breaching quarantine protocols when he joined his then-pregnant wife at a hospital last March.

Rico Paolo Quicho said in a tweet that the DoH has endorsed his complaint against Pimentel for violations of Republic Act 11332, or the “Mandatory Reporting of Notifiable Diseases and Events of Public Health Concern” Act to the Philippine National Police and the National Bureau of Investigation.
