An official of Union Bank of the Philippines (UnionBank) on Wednesday underscored the importance of cyberhygiene as more people are transacting online to reduce their need to leave their homes during the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic.
In a virtual briefing, UnionBank chief information security officer Jose Paulo Rufo said cyberhygiene meant ensuring that one’s online presence was safe and his or her details wouldn’t be hacked easily.
