PHilMech starts bid process for next farm machine batch

The Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (PHilMech) has started the process to acquire the next batch of farm machines worth to be distributed under the Rice Competitiveness Enhance Fund (RCEF) Mechanization Component.
