Bayer Crop Science (BCS) featured during a virtual field tour for agriculture entrepreneurs a herbicide that it claims to be highly effective in weed control and safe to apply to rice plants during the early stages of its growth.
This tour, called “Online Kapehan,” brought farmers on a journey to different locations in the country through their smartphones and computers. These locations are Alicia and Angadanan, Isabela province; Talavera, Nueva Ecija province; Naujan, Oriental Mindoro province; Trento, Agusan del Sur province, and Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur province.
