DASMARIÑAS, Cavite: Fire victims consisting of 116 families received financial aid and food packs from the local government here and neighboring Imus City on Friday at Sampaloc 2 covered court.

Some of P3.92-million worth of cash and goods were distributed to the residents of Zone 5, Bautista, Barangay Sampaloc 4. The money is expected to be spent to build their new houses. The fire took place on July 3. Some 624 individuals were displaced.
