Military intervenes in PMA cadets’ fate

THE Armed Forces of the Philippines’ (AFP) Judge Advocate General Service is studying the disposition of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) cadets ordered arrested by a Baguio City court over the death of Cdt. 4th Class Darwin Dormitorio last year.

Maj. Gen. Edgard Arevalo, AFP spokesman, said in a statement that the military had yet to receive a copy of the arrest warrant issued by the Baguio City Regional Trial against the PMA cadets and military officers involved in the hazing death of Dormitorio.
