THE Armed Forces of the Philippines’ (AFP) Judge Advocate General Service is studying the disposition of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) cadets ordered arrested by a Baguio City court over the death of Cdt. 4th Class Darwin Dormitorio last year.
Maj. Gen. Edgard Arevalo, AFP spokesman, said in a statement that the military had yet to receive a copy of the arrest warrant issued by the Baguio City Regional Trial against the PMA cadets and military officers involved in the hazing death of Dormitorio.
