PCG probe Occ Mindoro sea collision

MV Vienna Wood, the Hong Kong-flagged bulk carrier that collided with Philippine fishing boat FV Liberty 5, may remain in the country for a longer detention with the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) after initial assessment by divers reveal evidence the foreign ship may have been responsible for the collision that sank the boat and left 14 Filipino fishermen still missing.
