Duterte to Asean: Avoid escalating sea dispute

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte called on the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) to exercise self-restraint and respect the rule of law to avoid “escalating tension” in the disputed South China Sea.
