The movement of locally stranded individuals (LSIs) in Cebu City and Talisay City has been curtailed following the surge of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) cases in the two key urban centers in Cebu province.

The Philippine Army sends off 109 locally stranded individuals (LSI) confined at the Army Wellness Center in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on the way to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA 3).
