A Caloocan City barangay chairman and a long-time friend of Mayor Oscar Malapitan, was killed past midnight on Saturday while walking on his way home in Barangay 151.
Col. Dario Menor, police chief, immediately formed a special team to get to the bottom of the attack against Barangay 151 Chairman Gally Dilao by still unidentified motorcycle-riding gunmen.
