The distribution of illegal drugs is still rampant despite the strict implementation of quarantine protocols to stop the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic, Dante Jimenez, the co-chairman of the Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs said on Thursday.
