THE Department of Science and Technology region office 10, in partnership with DoST Office of the Undersecretary and United States Agency for International Development (USAid), hosted its first successful webinar entitled “Understanding Consumer Behavior Amidst the Covid-19 Pandemic: Trends and Pivots” for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on June 5.
