2 Chinese nabbed for kidnapping in Makati

TWO Chinese were arrested for alleged illegal detention of a fellow Chinese in Makati City on Monday night.

In a report on Tuesday, PMaj. Gideon Ines Jr., chief investigator, identified the suspects as Zhou Meng, 26, and Tseng Yi-Ting, 25 while the victim was identified as Ao Yuan, 25.
