ZAMBOANGA CITY: For slapping in public a 13-year-old boy, a barangay (village) church clergy has been charged by the teenager’s parents for child abuse.
Barangay Bolong Chairman Robin Corros disclosed that local parish priest Fr. Ricardo Barbajo of Bolong Parish Church was accused on Friday by the victim’s parents, Melito and Alma Alcantara, for alleged cruelty to children.
