Ex-Foreign Affairs secretary Yasay, 73

FORMER Foreign Affairs secretary Perfecto Yasay Jr. died of pneumonia on Friday. He was 73.

Yasay’s wife, Cecile, said her husband’s pneumonia was caused by the “recurrence of his cancer” and not because of the novel coronavirus.
