SEN. Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go on Thursday stressed the need to pursue policies and programs that can provide economic opportunities in the provinces to help Filipinos recover from the coronavirus pandemic.
The senator said promoting employment and livelihood opportunities in the countryside would boost regional development consistent with the long-term goals of the Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa (BP2) Program that would be fully implemented after the health crisis.
