BATANGAS CITY: DV Boer Farm International Corp. has been cleared by the Securities and Exchange and Commission (SEC) to sell farming investment contracts, lifting its investor warning against the company.

SEC, however, said in a January 31 order posted on its website that DV Boer still needed to secure a registration for its plans to sell farming investment contracts and pay P3.15 million in settlement to the regulator in the next few months.
