GENERAL TRIAS CITY, Cavite-The City Social Welfare and Development here (CSWD) reported that unqualified Social Amelioration Program (SAP) recipients here returned some P 2.145,000 million of the government’s financial assistance during this Corona Virus or Covid-19 pandemic.
