THE government is eyeing the use of an electronic data system as it looks for ways to simplify and hasten contact tracing of persons possibly infected with the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covdi-19).
National Policy Against Covid-19 chief implementer Carlito Galvez Jr. said the government was currently working on computerizing the data of incoming overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) for more effective contact tracing.
