I recently resigned from my work and I was not yet paid of my last month salary. When I inquired about the release of my unpaid salary from the company, I was informed that the same was withheld in the meantime until I surrender the barracks, which I have occupied while working with the company. Does my former employer have the right to withhold my salary?
