Manila to build ‘Tondominium’

THE Manila city government will soon start the construction of two housing projects to address the housing shortage in the city.

Manila Mayor Francisco Domagoso led the groundbreaking of the “Tondominium 1 and 2” in Barangay Vitas, Tondo first district on Monday.
