MORE than 22,000 of the 24,000 overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) stranded in coronavirus quarantine facilities in Metro Manila have returned to their homes.
At the same time, the first batch of the 42,000 more OFWS, who wanted to be repatriated, arrived Friday.
