Chinese Ambassador Huang Xilian and Defense Secretary DelfinLorenzana attended the turnover ceremony of Covid-19 medical supplies donated by China’s Ministry of National Defense on May 12 . Also in attendance were Undersecretary Ricardo Jalad of the Office of Civil Defense; Vice Admiral Gaudencio Collado Jr., Vice Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces; Lt. Gen. Allen Paredes, Commanding General of Philippine Air Force; Presidential Chief of Protocol and Foreign Affairs Adviser Robert Borje; and Defense Attaché Sheng Dazhi of Chinese Embassy.
