Duterte to Muslims on Eid al-Fitr: ‘May you be living examples of what is best in Islamic faith’

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte joined Muslims on Sunday in their celebration of Eid al-Fitr or “Breaking of the Fast”, which marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

'In the name of Allah the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, may the peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you all on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr', Duterte said in his message.
