LUCENA CITY, Quezon: The newly inaugurated first molecular diagnostic laboratory 2+ at Lucena United Doctor’s Hospital and Medical Center (LUDHMC) in this city begun processing coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) swab samples on Tuesday right after it received its license to operate from the Department of Health.

The facility, which was also accredited by the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine and the World Health Organization, has been designated to accept Covid-19 swab samples from Lucena City and Quezon Province only.
