CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela: Qualified small business owners, as well as cooperative and association members, would receive at least P5,000 to P8,000 cash assistance soonest through the Isabela Recovery Initiatives to Support Enterprises program.

Winston Singun, provincial director of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), over the weekend said the agency, in cooperation with the Isabela provincial government and the LPGMA party-list group, had pooled P52- million to help small business owners and cooperative members plagued by the coronavirus disease 2019.
