Presidential Adviser for Entrepreneurship Jose Maria “Joey” Concepcion 3rd on Sunday said it was time to shift to a general community quarantine (GCQ) in Metro Manila, saying the economy could not withstand two more weeks of lockdown.
He said local officials could implement lockdowns at the village level if needed.
